Getting your clinic on Dentoq is simple. Contact us at support@dentoq.io or fill out the form below. We will set up your clinic within 24 hours and give you your unique booking URL:

How long does setup take? โ–ผ
Setup takes less than 10 minutes from our side. Here is what we set up for you:

We need the following to set up your clinic:

Every new clinic gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features of your chosen plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to continue, or cancel with no charge.

Yes โ€” contact us anytime at support@dentoq.io and we will add or update your dentists and services within 24 hours. In a future update you will be able to manage this yourself from your clinic dashboard.

Does Dentoq work on mobile phones? โ–ผ
Yes โ€” Dentoq is designed mobile-first. The patient booking app works perfectly on all smartphones including iPhone and Android. It also works on tablets and desktop computers.

How does a patient book an appointment? โ–ผ
Booking takes less than 2 minutes in 5 steps:
  • Step 1 โ€” Patient visits your booking link
  • Step 2 โ€” Selects a service
  • Step 3 โ€” Chooses a dentist
  • Step 4 โ€” Picks a date and time slot
  • Step 5 โ€” Enters name and mobile number
The booking is confirmed instantly and a reference number is generated. The patient receives an SMS confirmation.
How do I see my clinic's appointments? โ–ผ
All appointments are saved in real-time to your Dentoq dashboard. You can view them by logging into your clinic dashboard. You can also receive SMS or email notifications for every new booking โ€” just let us know your preference and we will set it up.
Can patients cancel or reschedule their appointment? โ–ผ
Currently patients can cancel by contacting the clinic directly using the contact details on the booking confirmation. A self-service cancellation and rescheduling feature is coming in the next update.

What is a booking reference number? โ–ผ
Every confirmed booking gets a unique reference number like #DQ-2026-0001. Patients can use this number to:
  • Identify their booking when calling the clinic
  • Request cancellations or changes
  • Verify their appointment details
How do I block off time or mark a dentist as unavailable? โ–ผ
Contact us at support@dentoq.io and we will block off the dates or times you need within a few hours. A self-service schedule management feature is coming soon in your clinic dashboard.
How far in advance can patients book? โ–ผ
Currently patients can book up to 3 months in advance. The booking calendar shows the next 14 days as quick-select buttons. Contact us if you need to adjust the booking window for your clinic.

To activate Messenger booking you need to:
  • Have a Facebook Page for your clinic
  • Be an admin of that Facebook Page
  • Share your Facebook Page URL with us
We will connect the Dentoq chatbot to your page and patients will be able to book directly inside Messenger. Contact us at support@dentoq.io to get started.
How do I get the website booking widget? โ–ผ
We provide you with a simple script tag to paste into your clinic website. It looks like this:

This adds a floating "Book Now" button to your website. Contact us and we will give you your clinic's specific widget code.
How does Google Reserve work? โ–ผ
Google Reserve adds a "Book Online" button directly to your clinic's Google Business Profile on Google Maps and Search. When patients search for dentists in your area they can book directly from Google without visiting another site.

Activation requires Google partner approval which takes 2 to 4 weeks. Contact us to start the process.
Do all booking channels go into the same calendar? โ–ผ
Yes โ€” all booking channels feed into one single dashboard. Whether a patient books via Messenger, Viber, your website, or Google โ€” it all appears in the same place. No double bookings, no confusion.

Currently payment is collected at the clinic on the day of the appointment โ€” GCash, Maya, or cash. Online patient payment collection via GCash and Maya is coming soon and will be available on Growth and Professional plans.
Can I cancel my subscription? โ–ผ
Yes โ€” you can cancel anytime with no penalty. Email us at support@dentoq.io and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours. Your clinic stays active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? โ–ผ
Yes โ€” email us at support@dentoq.io to change your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Does Dentoq send SMS reminders to patients? โ–ผ
Yes โ€” Dentoq sends SMS reminders automatically via Semaphore using Globe and Smart networks. Patients receive:
  • โœ… Booking confirmation SMS immediately after booking
  • โฐ Reminder SMS 24 hours before the appointment
  • โฐ Reminder SMS 1 hour before the appointment
SMS reminders are included in all plans at no extra charge.
What does the SMS confirmation message look like? โ–ผ
The confirmation SMS looks like this:

Why did the patient not receive an SMS? โ–ผ
If a patient did not receive an SMS check these:
  • Is the mobile number correct? (must be a valid PH number)
  • Is the number on Globe or Smart? (Semaphore supports both)
  • Check if SMS was blocked by the patient's carrier
If the issue persists contact us at support@dentoq.io with the booking reference number.
โš ๏ธ SMS delivery depends on network availability. Dentoq uses Semaphore which has 99.9% delivery rate on PH networks.
Can I customize the SMS message? โ–ผ
Custom SMS templates are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact us at support@dentoq.io to request a custom template for your clinic.

How many dentists can I add per plan? โ–ผ
Each plan has a dentist limit:
  • Starter โ€” 1 dentist maximum
  • Growth โ€” 3 dentists maximum
  • Professional โ€” 8 dentists maximum
  • Enterprise โ€” Unlimited dentists
If you need more dentists than your plan allows, upgrade to the next plan.
Can I have multiple clinic branches? โ–ผ
Multi-branch support is available on:
  • Professional โ€” 2 branches
  • Enterprise โ€” Unlimited branches
Each branch gets its own booking URL and schedule. All branches feed into one dashboard.
How do I update my clinic information? โ–ผ
Email us at support@dentoq.io with the changes you need:
  • Clinic name, address, or phone number
  • Operating hours or days
  • Add or remove services
  • Add or remove dentists
  • Update prices
We process all updates within 24 hours.
What happens when my free trial ends? โ–ผ
We will send you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends. If you choose to subscribe your clinic stays active and all your data is preserved. If you do not subscribe your clinic booking page will be paused โ€” no data is deleted for 30 days giving you time to reactivate.

The booking page is not loading โ€” what do I do? โ–ผ
Try these steps:
  • Clear your browser cache and reload
  • Try opening in a different browser
  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure the URL includes ?clinic=your-slug
If the issue persists email us at support@dentoq.io with your booking URL and a description of what you see.
No available slots are showing โ€” what is wrong? โ–ผ
If no slots appear when patients select a date:
  • Check if that day is within your operating days
  • All slots may already be booked for that day
  • Try selecting a different date
If slots are missing on days you should be open contact us and we will check your schedule configuration.
A booking was made but I did not receive a notification โ€” why? โ–ผ
Clinic notification alerts are coming in the next update. Currently you can view all bookings in your Dentoq dashboard. You can also check your Supabase appointments table directly. Contact us to set up email notifications for new bookings in the meantime.
The booking confirmation shows an error โ€” what should I do? โ–ผ
If a patient sees an error when confirming their booking please:
  • Ask them to try again
  • Check their mobile number format (use 09XX or +639XX)
If the error persists email us the error message at support@dentoq.io and we will fix it immediately.
Does Dentoq work on all browsers? โ–ผ
Yes โ€” Dentoq works on all modern browsers:

Is Dentoq compliant with Philippine data privacy laws? โ–ผ
Yes โ€” Dentoq is fully compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). We:
  • Collect only necessary patient information
  • Encrypt all sensitive data
  • Never sell patient data to third parties
  • Provide patients with their data rights
  • Retain data for 2 years then automatically redact

Where is patient data stored? โ–ผ
Patient booking data is stored in Supabase โ€” a secure cloud database hosted in Singapore. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Singapore is the closest secure data center to the Philippines with excellent latency and data protection laws.
Can a patient request deletion of their data? โ–ผ
Yes โ€” under RA 10173 patients have the right to request erasure of their data. They can email privacy@dentoq.io and we will process the request within 15 business days as required by law.
Does Dentoq share patient data with third parties? โ–ผ
Never. Dentoq shares data only with the service providers needed to run the platform:
  • Supabase โ€” database storage
  • Semaphore โ€” SMS delivery only
  • Render โ€” API hosting
We never sell, rent, or share patient data with advertisers or any other third parties.
